The journey for exploration and recognition of our energy centers is continuing, and it’s the time to meditate and connect with our 5th chakra, the throat chakra. The power of speech lies there. Also, the expression of our needs and the ability to be a good listener, are some of the indications that show how balanced this chakra is. If you don’t want to share or you use harsh words are some of the indications that show that this chakra is unbalanced.If you have crystals that are related to the throat chakra such as lapis lazouli, blue opal, turquoise, blue topaz you can keep them close to you or hold them during this meditation. Find a quiet place, close your cell phone or any distraction and dedicate these minutes to yourself. If you are driving or doing something that needs your attention, please download it and listen to it when it’s time to relax.
