Today, we are going to talk about weight fluctuations on the scale.
Everyone says that they want to lose WEIGHT. But what they are really trying to say is that they want to lose body fat. When you step on a weight scale it can sometimes be a very frustrating endeavor for many of us that are trying to do something with our body composition. From day to day, it’s not uncommon to see many pounds fluctuate up and down… you get a feeling of triumph and glee when you see that number drop, only to be crushed the next day to see it rebound back above where you were two days ago. What the heck is going on?
