QUOTES

12:19 Tara: "We're all connected and when you do take care of yourself, you're taking care of your neighbor. And when you take care of your neighbor, you're taking care of yourself."

16:42 Tara: "You just remember that helping others is better for you than it even is for that person."

29:12 Tara: "When we slow down, we accomplish more, we achieve more. All of the well being, traditions from shiatsu, the tight sheet of yoga to everybody's great grandmother is saying the same thing. Like slow down, eat your vegetables, take good care of each other."

41:01 "Tara: "It's not that safety is necessarily in danger, but when you feel that signal, that's all you need to know. You don't need to worry about anybody else's feelings. Chances are they're not thinking about you at all. And if they are, it doesn't matter to you."

51:38 Tara: "It's not like the form doesn't matter, but for me, the form matters every single moment. When you start your practice and why does your practice have to end when it's over?

59:18 Koya: "When we just allow movement and allow people to evolve in their own time, that's where the magic is."
