This book is enlightening and gives a new take on diet, fitness and many of the ways we the people have been told we should view our bodies and our health. Jeanie Joins Henno to discuss what she got from the book and how she is applying it in her life with her family.
Jeanie provides great information on the book that I know will have you looking for your own copy and how she is applying it in her life and in her household. I know you will enjoy the personal take she gives; it is truly powerful. And we have some fun chatting food at the end so maybe don't listen on an empty stomach.
