Today was a tough grief day for me and add the state of the world on top and if it weren't for my energetic tools I would have been taken out at my knees. The world is on fire, literally, and as energetic beings it is SO important for us to protect our energy. From our own internal shadows, from others around us and from the doom & gloom state of our world at the moment.
