This week we are switching gears and doing a twist on an interview for you. We are doing a rapid fire, question and answer session and the topic is fitness!
What are are favorite exercises? What is our go-to exercise? What's the most embarrassing thing that's happened to you in the gym? How do you do know what to do next at the gym? How do you stay disciplined? How do you work through an injury? What exercise do you despise more than anything else?
Just because we have created a habit around exercise and fitness doesn't mean that it's the most enjoyable thing that we do. We hope this gives you an idea of the 'real life' thoughts that we muddle through on a daily basis and gives you hope that no one is perfect, we all struggle in some way, and it is possible to be better than you were!
