I am not a "natural planner". I don't enjoy planning or making lists, that feels too restrictive to me. I want the freedom to change at a moment's notice, make decisions at the last second, be free! And yet, once I embarked on following a structured endurance plan, everything got better and I'd never go back to winging it again.
