Have U ever been faced with a health scare that the doctor said, "No No U can't do this or not going to ever do that again?" Yeah like many of us this could be reason why we do not go to the doctor's office like we should. We do not want to hear what we cannot do and that the health concerns we have are irreversible.
I am no medical doctor and do not ever want to be one; that is not my lane. However, when I was injured and the doctor told me that I would never run again and he was going to medically board me from the Army, I asked for a second opinion! After one review he was ready to take at that time 17 years away from me! Hell no!! I wanted someone else to look at me before I just trusted him and said okay!
