Raise your hand if you've found yourself comparing yourself to another lately? 🙋‍♀️ We all do it, consciously or unconsciously. And so many feelings of "less than" can creep in when we do.

Today I want to share a story with you about how to shift your consciousness when you find yourself in comparison mode. I hope you enjoy it!

Where might you feel a little “less than” in your life? How might you bring your focus inside and honor your own journey?

How might you shift your competitiveness or comparisons with others to a more playful competition for yourself?

How much energy would you save if you did these things? (answer: a ton!)
