This week I am doing my first interview EVER with my wonderful energy healer! Not gonna lie we were definitely a bit nervous about this and I think we nailed it despite the nerves :) Emotions are like energy in motion so we can either feel them when they are present in our bodies and allow the energy to flow out or stifle those emotions down and "trap" them into us. These emotions can be carried out through multiple lifetimes and/or passed down from generations. Energy work is an amazing way to help us heal our bodies and release those emotions that are trapped inside of us, while also allowing our vibrations to raise. Kris has been doing energy healing for along time now and is very knowledgeable about the process of releasing those emotions and how they can better our lives.
