Many of you know this beautiful, wonderful human being: Sean Silvera @seantsilvera of Baptiste Power Yoga San Francisco! If you don’t, you’re about to!
Sean is a Tier 3 1200-hr certified Baptiste Yoga Influencer and co-owner of @baptistepoweryogasf. Years ago, he served as a Marine and eventually made his way into teaching yoga in his studio, to incarcerated veterans for Prison Yoga Project @prisonyogaproject , and is on the board for Veterans Yoga Project @veteransyogaproject . Together with Dan Nevins @dannevins, Sean runs a program called Unbreakable through the Baptiste Foundation @baptiste_foundation
He is our guest on season 3 episode 9 and we are SO INSPIRED about what he brought to the discussion: his mission to bring anyone into an empowering, healing yoga practice, especially those that currently have no access or even an aversion to something like yoga.
