Phil Moreland comes to Royal Air Force Human Performance & Safety (HPS)from his role as the head of strength and conditioning at the NSW Institute of Sport where he managed the delivery of physical preparation services to institute supported sports and athletes. Phil has dedicated 31 years to the field of high-performance sport, having led a number of leading performance and strength conditioning teams in Australia, Scotland, Ireland, Brunei and Vietnam.
