This podcast is all about learning to FEEL GOOD, even when life DOESN'T. My first live video back after a month away felt great (even though the audio isn't that great--sorry!). The topic today is 3 Ways to Feel Good Now. When tough days hit, it's nice to know the way through, right? Having a map makes all the difference--because we understand what we need to do. We feel more confident at mastering tough emotions.

Recalling traumatic or high emotion situations, our brain literally shuts down the "words" part of our brain--so when we say, "I can't find the words." We really mean it! (31:20) One way I can offer myself compassion and kindness...

(31:57) Knowing this, I'm more able to show up for others in my life because...
