This week Ryan Lynch, LCSW, M.Ed, CST and Amanda Johns, LCSW talk with Jen Hinds, M.Ed a coach, doula and educator whose focus is on relationships, sexuality and birth. Ryan and Amanda discuss with Jen her role as a doula, specifically during pregnancy, birth and post partum. Jen explores the role of a doula, the importance of education, and how she puts this into practice with her parents.
Each week Ryan and Amanda discuss topics related to therapy and mental health. This season they are focusing on relationships - and not just the intimate ones! Ryan and Amanda are passionate about educating people about therapy and the importance of seeking support when it's needed.
