We are exposed every single day from so many sources and it is a big reason why the incidence of disease continues to be on the rise! She became more diligent about ingredient labels over 25 years with her first pregnancy and then researched even further when on separate occasions both of her parents were diagnosed with diseases that ultimately took their lives. These experiences lit a fire under her to know more, to do more when it came to living healthier and cleaner for herself and her family and she has been sharing the message with her students, clients and audience for the past decade.
