In this ep, we chat to Craig Heathcote, a renowned London based director and filmmaker who specialises in telling real-life human stories, in particular giving a voice to the marginalised and celebrating LGBTQ+ lives.
Craig was actually our first guest recording way back in the depths of Syndey winter last year and we loved chatting to him on what makes him feel well nice.
We talked bath time rituals, setting boundaries when working at home, and sleep hygiene, the power of changing your sheets every week and the best place to buy fabric softener, which may surprise you!
