Former corporate America employee turned entrepreneur, Caren Cooper is a Corporate Trauma Recovery Specialist. She is incredibly passionate about helping women heal from the shackles of life in the corporate lane. Having been a working mom, Caren knows first hand the traumas corporate roles can deliver and how much that trauma plays a role in entrepreneurship and life. Through her signature program Unscrew Yourself, Caren empowers women to harness the power within themselves so that they can show up confidently and authentically as their unique badass selves.
Caren is also a mom of two young adults and is unabashed in her love for Disco and corny jokes. She is known to host dance parties on Facebook, and I adore her for her bravery and sass.
