It wasn’t that long ago where I thought I had my nutrition dialed in, I was eating consistently, getting the right amount of micronutrients and macronutrients in…and I was still not feeling well. I was having digestive issues after dinner, I felt a low grade fatigue all of the time, my energy wasn’t what I thought it should be and I wasn’t seeing results from my workouts anymore.

This is all too common and I have seen it again and again in my practice, especially with women in perimenopause…you are doing all of the right things with nutrition (which IS the biggest piece of our health puzzle) but you aren’t feeling better, and maybe you are feeling worse.

The truth is that there are 3 pieces of the puzzle when it comes to how your body is functioning, that if there is dysfunction there, nutrition won’t cut it. You can be eating all of vitamins and minerals, the right ration of protein, fats and carbs, but you will still be fighting a losing battle…but I have got you covered sister.
