Welcome to The Muscle Mentors Podcast! In this episode, Luke, Paul & James discuss the age-old concept of *Range Of Motion* and how it relates to our own training and work as coaches. This episode will help you understand how much nuance there is to the term: *Range of Motion*, and more importantly, how you can start looking at and performing exercises to help ensure you maximise your "lifting longevity", so to speak.
