I am a whopping 1 week into the start of my 2023 training plan and it was a very consistent week. Here are the things that I try and do each day:
- 8 hours in bed per night
- 2-3 minute cold shower after waking
- 10-15 minutes of lightbox therapy in the first hour of waking
- Mushroom supplements (non psychedelics), either a "Master Blend" of 10 different species or a "Fit" blend of 3 species with some adaptogens to improve endurance
- Train in the morning before work
- Adhere to a "mid volume" plan, more than I've ever done to try and make up for 3 months of lost training due to injury and illness
