Veronika “Vee” Larisova, 39. Originally from Czech Republic. She moved to Australia when she was 23 to study sports and exercise science in Brisbane and after decided to stay.
She is a Jack of all trades in the world of fitness and wellness. She works as an exercise physiologist and strength coach, co-founder of Chief Bar and Beauty Food, fitness instructor at Agoga, nutritionist, Fitngenes nutrigenomic practitioner, Matrix Fitness Australia master trainer, educator (she also has her own functional training course accredited with Fitness Australia and running course and running clinics together with Sally Lynch), content creator contributing to various big publications in Australia. Retreats and healthy cooking classes coming up soon!! Some of her past clients include e.g.: Melissa Wu (Olympic medallist in diving, currently in Rio) Stephanie Rice (Olympic gold medallist in swimming).
