The third episode of The Eddie Jones Coaching Podcast sees the England head coach and RFU director of performance Conor O'Shea talking about the importance character over talent, developing a work-life balance and how to deal with pressure.

Jones reveals why he has no rugby memorabilia at home, talks through his usual schedule for a Test week and why Match Of The Day is his favourite TV show. O'Shea also recalls his first chat with Jones about prop Kyle Sinckler, you find out which of them prefers House of Cards and which goes to Designated Survivor and they also speak about the media pressure on the international stage.
