In episode six, we discuss our love of fitness and the many reasons why we stick to it. It is a great tool for mental health and life in general. Fitness has always had a big roll in our relationship from the beginning. It doesn't matter if we want to run races, lift heavy, be functional, or just train for that one specific thing we like to do. We should all try to move. We spend time working out so we can go as many places as we want without to much trouble. It also allows Delta to help level out his head when things get rough. Everyone has their own reasons and everyone has there own levels of fitness. We just want people to be healthy and happy.
