Tell us a bit about you and your business:
I teach Pilates classes of all levels from Rehabilitation to Advanced, and different Types of Pilates classes. I also teach Bootybarre, 1 to 1 personal training, Swedish Massage, Guided Meditation. I have a studio at Langley Park where I have beautiful beach and other images projected onto the walls. I am also trained in Life coaching and have studied NLP and non verbal body language. These help me provide an intuitive service to clients as I am interested in people feeling fabulous about themselves physically, emotionally and appreciating how awesome they are. I create a haven where clients can feel relaxed & happy which allows them to see the difference between a workout that challenges their body and one that changes their life. Practice makes Powerful. Each class is designed to fire up strength, ignite intent and enhance the body and mind. (more…)
