I am talking about calculated risk, not being reckless. These are actions like setting boundaries and starting to say no to people, whether at work or home, asking for what they really need rather than pretending everything's all right.

- Why acknowledgement from close people and little celebrations mean so much to us

- What happens when you fail to be brave

You will not wake up with unshakable confidence one day, it will take action after action after action. Ask for help and support if you need it. And every single time you're brave and take some courageous action, no matter how small, celebrate it!
