Since we have been spending so much time recently on birth control options I felt it was time to reboot a great conversation I had with Lindsay Sara of Flow With Your Flow from Season One.
There are so many things in our culture that are "fixed with a pill" and our fertility isn't something to be fixed. It is, in fact, a vital sign of our health.
