With energy drink consumption (and even coffee!) on the rise in our kids, we felt it was time to dedicate an episode specifically to caffeine in children. We'll tell you some of the hidden sources of caffeine to look out for and we will also walk you through some of the most popular energy drinks among kids and teens today, including Celsius, Alani Nu, and pre-workout supplements.
