MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date. Our focus is principled so each episode reflects the immediate peace and stability of our Ever-Present Knowing Awareness that clarifies conflicted impressions manifest by the instability and hyper-reactivity of obsessive thinking. Accurately noticing wrong allows it to dissolve rather than develop new ways to think feeling better about it is a solution - when there is no "it" to get over. Dissolution is not re-solution.
If the essence of existence exists then it is essential. To think it possible we can be excluded from what is essential is to see through a lens of misthinking, misperception, and misunderstanding. Thoughts of this nature are conflicted. Inner conflict, emotional turmoil, and mental anguish are natural consequences indicating something is wrong - with our use of thinking. Thoughts change and can complicate things while the essence of existence is as stable as it is simple since it does not change; It IS True as Reality is Real.
Human nature is not corrupt if our essence is absolute. If nature is natural then it is our nature. To corrupt our thoughts by imagining lies can be true shows how eager we can try to prove what we think about is reality.
The Present is where all that happens, happens. It is where we think. It is our present thinking - not somewhere, someone, or something else that we struggle with primarily. Since the problem is only what we think wrongly of now, to be right, the solution is here now too.
We Know We Know.
We Are Aware We Are Aware.
We Are as We Are.
Human mentality does not determine Reality so to think it does is how insanity is induced and introduced to our mentality.
Obsessive thought imagines that one day - that never comes - more thinking about what we think about will finally turn thought into reality. If reality was limited this might be possible or true.
Glimmers of enlightened insight are sparks revealing the Ever Present Shadowless Light of All Knowing Absolute Love that we call Life.
Sharing this affirms and confirms we indivisibly share All Knowledge of Reality as Truth.
