When Natalie first came to me, she was beyond frustrated. She’d been doing all the things—eating clean, working out, skipping snacks—but instead of feeling better, she was exhausted, gaining weight, and battling constant sugar cravings.

At 41, her body just didn’t seem to respond like it used to, and she felt like nothing she tried was working.

In our first session, Natalie admitted she’d been skipping breakfast, drinking coffee to get through the morning, and eating very little for the remainder of the day. It sounded familiar—because I’d been there too.

We made a plan together: no more skipping breakfast. Instead, she’d start her day with a protein-packed meal to fuel her body. We also swapped those intense workouts for something gentler on her metabolism, like strength training and walking.

And within three months? Natalie hit her first weight loss goal—she lost 9 pounds! She had more energy, fewer cravings, and started to feel like herself again.

She told me, “For the first time in years, I feel like my body is finally working with me instead of against me.”
