Emma shares the importance of prioritizing mental wellness just as one does their physical wellness, specifically for expecting moms. She shares the ways in which working on mental health can be lighter through living life in a way that invites joy in every area.
With a PhD in Mental Health Promotion and over 13 years experience as a health researcher, Dr. Emma Nagy teaches expecting mothers how to prepare themselves for the newborn stage so they protect their mental health, keep their identity, and self-connection and ultimately feel healthy and excited through this major life change.
