In today's episode I have a conversation Anumita Ghosh, a woman I met on LinkedIn after seeing her post about her 500th day looking for work. I just knew I needed to have a conversation with her about her resilience and tenacity. Anumita recently moved to Canada from the US and since then has been actively seeking a strategic marketing role. In our conversation we discuss the challenges immigrants face when searching for work, self-care practices, creating resilience, and the importance of community.
