Rashari Henry joined us on TCU to discuss starting a sports blog with absolutely no background or experience in blogging. We wanted to know how he managed to do it and he shared everything he knew with us.
Rashari gives a lot of credit to Serena Gill and Alex Galli for being two of the driving forces behind the Stath Blog. He talked about managing expectations and tactics he uses to eliminate procrastination by his writers. He shared with us his pain points when managing a team remotely and how he overcame them. Rashari is very knowledgeable when it comes to social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. He gave us advice on how we can leverage their analytics to help us build a bigger audience. We asked the founder of Stath Blog to take us into his war room and describe how he would motivate his team to attack the New Year when they relaunch.
