Had a great ride in today.... as I do most mornings... listening to Ed Mylett's podcast again (see a previous podcast) and it got me fired up about choosing to continue doing things the right way. To keep my habits going in a very good and positive direction. I hope you do the same. We never know when that habit will pay off for changing our lives. That "one more" time we get up on time, get to where we need to be, pay attention in class, ask a question of someone, say HI to someone, think of a new idea, listen to someone that inspires, etc. Our habits are who we become & that's what life is all about. :-)
