I think a lot of us fall into the neverending self-help spiral of always trying to fix ourselves. Today’s guest, Alison Faulkner, shares something extraordinarily refreshing in her book, You’re Already Awesome, because it took an entirely different approach to personal development. The main premise being that there is really nothing about you to fix. You’re already awesome.
Alison Faulkner is a branding and events expert, host of the podcast Awesome with Alison a top 100 health and wellness podcast, consultant for Fortune 500 companies, writer, speaker, artist, self-proclaimed nonsense dancer, author, and CEO of Alison’s Brand School, partnering with Microsoft and Alaska Airlines among others. Alison is obsessed with her kids, husband, family, and friends.
