On the podcast Matt and Brian dive into the mental approach to his sport, both as a fighter, and as a coach. The skills and perspectives discussed apply to life on and off the mat. The boys dive deep into the art of fighting and what are separators in high performance. Matt shares his wisdom on the lessons he’s learned and how he approached fighting and training now after years of rigorous training and trial and error. As well as how he maintains his training and sets his environment and culture up for grit and success.
