Ana is a lot of things: military kid, ex collegiate athlete, paramedic and nutrition and exercise coach and tactical athlete. We talk about the simple yet profound things you can do to start, advance or cement your health progress, journey, and outcomes.

Positivity, identity mindset tools, hacks and tricks, how Ana got into nutrition, fitness and work ethic from her father’s Special Forces background and collegiate sports.

Ana is a dedicated health and fitness professional with a bachelor’s degree from Wingate University, obtained in 2016. As a former collegiate swimmer, Ana has always been passionate about athleticism and physical well-being.
In 2017, she moved to Wilmington, North Carolina, and began working as an ocean rescue lifeguard, showcasing her commitment to safety and public service. Ana furthered her expertise by becoming a certified paramedic in 2019. In 2022, she channeled her extensive knowledge and experience into starting her own business, focused on helping people improve their health and wellness.
