This week on the Any Given Runday Podcast, we have a father/son duo, along with 8 other members of the White River Wheelers from Dunleer, Co. Louth, attempting to cycle from Malin to Mizen Head in under 24 hours this Saturday.
The lads talk about their other experiences in cycling events, such as the Mallorca 312, Wicklow 200 and through the French Alps. They also discuss how they have trained for this cycling challenge, and what their approach is going to be
They are hoping to raise awareness for two charities that you can hear about more on the podcast: Gary Kelly Cancer Centre and SAFE Castlebellingham (Suicide Awareness)
