Lt. Governor Dr. Bethany Hall-Long speaks with the team at Colonial School District's Eisenberg Elementary School in New Castle, Delaware, 2019 Lt. Governor's Challenge winners for their full-service in-school wellness center to provide primary prevention and early intervention services to their student population.
