There are many time during the journey of grief that it can simply feel too much.
The pain never stops, its relentless pounding wearing us down day by day.
I know that I felt that way many times after my partner passed.
I just wanted it to stop. If only for a minute.
What drew me out was the call of Mother Earth.
"Come forth," she beckoned. "Spend time with me and I will lighten your load."
She can take it...she WANTS to take it from you and help ease your troubled heart.
In this episode I take you to my sacred space, Kilauea Crater in Hawaii National Park where I regularly go by myself or with other women to offer our grief to the land.
