Just ‘let it go’ is easy to say but sometimes so annoyingly hard to do.
Especially when it’s something we had no control over - something that happened when we were powerless to do anything about it.
In these situations, what happens to us or within us, can impact us to our very core and majorly affect the course of our lives.
Moving through the ‘letting go’ process is something I (Emily) have been wrestling with and honestly experienced great frustration at myself for not being able to let go of some things that have profoundly impacted my life.
I kind of wish I could just say a few affirmations, and phew, gracefully kiss that trauma goodbye.
Today we invite you into this safe space we’ve created to discuss the process of being really ‘in’ something and walking through the letting go process.
No rose coloured glasses. No spiritual bypassing.
