Sciatica is maybe one of the top things I get asked about in the DMs on Instagram, perhaps because it is so prevalent and difficult to treat in the traditional setting.
One of the reasons it may be challenging is because sciatica is more of a diagnosis of symptoms than the “problem.” In this episode, I share how the anatomy of the nervous system can provide the top areas to consider for treatment, which is more than the lumbar discs and piriformis!
I also provide some insight into how to use your assessment to determine where to start treatment to have the best outcomes.
