They chat about how Lizzi started in the field, the culture shift that is occuring for zoo professionals industry-wide, how to communicate at high levels with your team when we aren't taught that important skill, moving beyond an "us against them" mentality to get to a solution-oriented level of professionalism, and why honesty and curiosity are better than accusations and poor assumptions. They don't have all the answers, but they hope the conversation helps us continue to work towards a goal we all want: healthy work environments!
