My Rock Bottom Story - most people will think this podcast is about being rock bottom, however the title came from a life changing event. Not just any life changing event, but one where I nearly lost my life. I was actually underneath a rock after falling 20 feet from it first hitting me in my head. Now, I say a rock... it was more like a 200-250kg boulder. Yes, the boulder hit me on my head and after I fell down the mountain, it then continued to roll down the path until it was on top of me.
