The power of social media wins again. Dakota and I met through FB while he was searching for home gym gear in 2024. Once we started chatting we noticed we had some things in common and really connected. Having him on the podcast was an amazing experience because while we don't cover leadership traits until about an hour in. His transparency and story alone are all leadership traits we can take to get better.
