9: You Cannot Heal what You Cannot See

In order to heal your body, mind and soul, even your relationships and your whole life, you need to understand what is causing your issues! Only then you can start working on healing those parts of your life.

It's important to understand what your body or the Universe is telling you with the issues you are experiencing.

You can't heal what you can't see, and you can't heal what you don't understand either!

It's important to get to the root cause and understand why you are experiencing a particular issue. There might be more than one root cause and they can go very deep. There are many levels, physical, mental, emotional. You might need to work through all the levels. You might need to go all the way onto your soul level and into your past lives to heal deeper issues. You may have been trying to heal them over many lifetimes, and now the time has come to finally heal them.
