Here we also stop to listen to the soul, to the intuition. The mind is quiet so we can hear it clearly.
If you use this meditation most days of the week, preferably first thing in the morning, you will notice a remarkable change in your life. You will become the person you want to be, because you are practicing it during the meditation and you will attract so much good to you.
