The power of focusing on one thing, within one thing, within one thing. Right now you feel all over the place. You feel scattered, unfocused and secretly unsuccessful. You feel this way because you're not focusing on one thing, within one thing, within ONE thing. For example, if you love sports just pick one thing. Let's say basketball. Let's say you're good at being a small forward and a shooting guard. Instead of doing both, just choose A ONE. Let's say shooting guard. Instead of saying I can dribble really well and I can shoot the ball really well just choose ONE. Let's say it's shooting the ball really well. Instead of saying I can shoot the ball really well just focus on three point shots. Does that make sense? Pick one thing, within one thing, within #onething.
