In this week’s episode, Dr. David shares his journey into microdosing psilocybin and how it’s affected his life since he started over three years ago.
In this episode, David starts by sharing his journey suffering with PTSD and general anxiety throughout his life, which eventually left him in the hospital with very high blood pressure. Although he had a team of medical professionals advising him on his next steps, he knew intuitively he needed to take matters into his own hands - and after speaking to people he trusted and further researching his condition, he came across psilocybin as a complimentary method to treat his health condition.
David is a well-respected American dentist, entrepreneur, public speaker and author. David is also a thriving content creator and has his own very successful podcast called MicrodoseU, which has tens of thousands of downloads per month, where he deep dives into microdosing.
David has so much passion for sharing what he has learned about microdosing and does so in such an honest and genuine way. It was such a pleasure having him on the podcast!
