I also recount a story about a coach promoting a platform purely for referral incentives without ever using it, highlighting the risks of short-term gains versus long-term business health.

We discuss how some platforms use coaches as their "Acquisition Channel," leveraging your audience to become their own, and why this can lead to athletes viewing the platform as a replacement for your services.
