I am a fan of this episode. I get into the necessity of learning and experimenting with the power of emotional acceptance of any situation as a pre-requisite to any change or transformation in ourselves and our behaviors into a more loving state. I also end up sharing a lot about where I am in the process and some of my injuries and an experience I had with experimenting with acceptance in a certain area of my life. I also riff about God , how dope that relationship is, our life after death and some of my personal expression of passion and enjoyment of this emotional process and how cool it’s been for me (and how hard it has been as well.) hope you guys enjoy :), and as always feel free to reach out and engage with me.
